Got Chickens?

Thanks to the generous donations of many, we were able to purchase baby chicks, raise them, and harvest them to provide a special lunch for the 600 children of Wisdom Christian School.

This latest harvest of 100 chickens allowed us to offer a unique source of protein for the children's meal, which we aren't typically able to do. We are grateful for this opportunity to provide a special meal for the children and are committed to continuing the lunch program four days a week. Every meal contains protein but the everyday protein is plant-based.

Your contribution not only provided much-needed sustenance for these children but also helped to support the local economy by creating jobs for farmers, suppliers, and locals who who oversee raising the chicks.

Annie puts the finishing touches on the meal.
Our approach to education includes not only academic learning and spiritual nurturing but also practical skills such as farming and animal husbandry. By teaching these valuable skills, we empower individuals and communities to become self-sufficient and build a brighter future.

Our donors make a significant impact on the community and the school, helping us to achieve our mission of breaking the cycle of poverty and providing sustainable development in this slum of a slum in Ndola, Zambia.

Thank you for your support and for making a difference for the Kingdom!
